No matter where you are, you can get help with your classes with Fulton Schools Virtual Tutoring. To better serve your needs, the Fulton Schools Tutoring Center has updated its services.

Get connected automatically

Now when you access Virtual Tutoring you will be routed directly into Adobe Connect and placed in the appropriate center automatically.

Once you’re in the virtual room, your questions will be received in the order they’re submitted. Your questions are placed in the queue as if you were physically in one of the Fulton Schools Tutoring Centers on campus. You can even see who is ahead of you.

Virtual Tutoring hours correspond with the hours the centers are open on campus. Should you be in the queue and you still need your questions answered, you will be “transferred” to a center that has evening hours and you won’t lose your place in line.

Remember: Tutoring services are first-come, first-serve. Helping you is the Fulton Schools Tutoring Center’s priority. However, if you are consistently experiencing increased wait times, please contact FultonTutoring@asu.edu.

Troubleshooting tips:

Make sure you are accessing Virtual Tutoring using VPN or the ASU network and you disable pop-ups!

Mac users: If you’re having issues accessing Virtual Tutoring from your computer, check out this blog with steps to take to get connected.
