Undergraduate students from all majors at ASU, the University of Arizona and Northern Arizona University are invited to compete in DataFest!

The nationally coordinated undergraduate competition involves teams of two to five students working over a weekend to extract insight from a rich and complex data set. This year’s data set will be revealed at the opening of the event on Friday evening. At the end of the event, teams will have five minutes to make a presentation to a panel of judges.

You could win a Best in Show award or others including Best Visualization and Best Use of External Data.

Representatives from the American Statistical Association’s local chapter will present details and answer questions about the 48-hour competition. Learn more about how you’ll analyze data, network with professionals and the experiences you’ll gain by participating in the DataFest flyer.
